New log in process

We have recently changed our log in process which means that all of our existing customers will need to re-register to access their account. To do this, please click here and enter your email address. You will then receive an email with a link to create your account and access your policy. If you need further assistance, please see below.

How we can assist you

Yoga is a fully self-service online company. You can manage all aspects of your policy 24/7 by logging into your online portal here.

Most queries can be answered by viewing our FAQs here. You can also view our helpful ‘how to’ videos on YouTube here.

We also have our friendly chat bot, Yogi, who can assist with any questions you have. You can access this by clicking the chat button that appears in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

If Yogi is unable to answer your query you will be connected to one of our live chat agents. This service is available between 09:00-14:00 Monday to Saturday. Outside of these hours, we operate a messaging page where you will usually get a response within 24 hours. Please note as we are an online only company we do not have a telephone number for general enquiries.

In the event of a Breakdown please log in to your customer portal here and select the ‘broken down’ option.
