We identified that with modern day life you don’t have time to be hanging on the phone to call centres or waiting for emails to come through; the self-service cover will allows you to make changes, cancel cover, view documents and renew 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We make full use of the services available to insurance providers to check the information you provide against databases that hold this information; this means that we do not require you to send any documentation to us once you have purchased the insurance, we will do all the hard work for you.

How we can assist you
Yoga is a fully self service online company. You can manage all aspects of your policy 24/7 by logging into your online portal here. Your portal is automatically created as soon as you have purchased your insurance policy. If you haven’t set up a username or password yet, or you are unsure of your log in details, then you can use the forgotten username/password option on the log in page and they will be emailed to you.

We also have our friendly chat bot, Yogi, who can assist with any questions you have. You can access this by clicking the chat button that appears in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
If Yogi is unable to answer your query you will be connected to one of our live chat agents. This service is available between 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and 09:00-14:00 Saturday. Please note as we are an online only company we do not have a telephone number for general enquiries.
